To be eligible to integrate PayPal’s agentic commerce services, you must meet all of these requirements:

Important: Store Sync has limited availability for now. To access and use Store Sync, complete this form to contact the AI team at PayPal and request access.

2. Connect your product catalog

Important: Before you can connect your catalog, you must create it. For information about how to create a product catalog for PayPal’s agentic commerce services, see Create a product catalog. When your product catalog is ready, start here.
  1. From the left-side menu, select Business Tools.
  2. Under Set up and get started, select Store Sync.
  3. On Store Sync, select Get Started. The Store Sync status changes as you go through the setup process. Store Sync stores your changes, so you can return later if your setup is interrupted.
  4. In your settings for Store Sync, complete these steps:
    1. In Store information, confirm your store information.
    2. Set up your API. For information about setting up your API, see Set up your API.
  5. Verify your setup.

3. Become discoverable

In your Store Sync settings, in AI platforms sharing your catalog, use the toggles to select AI platforms with which to share your catalog.
Note: The default behavior is to opt in to sharing with all available platforms.

4. Activate checkout and fulfillment

To receive cart requests from PayPal to validate products, calculate taxes, and handle shipping, set up your API.
