Store Sync is a service that connects your product catalog and commerce API with PayPal’s agentic commerce services. This connection enables AI agents to discover your products, create and manage shopping carts, and complete purchases on behalf of customers through conversational interfaces.
To be eligible to integrate PayPal’s agentic commerce services, you must meet all of these requirements:
Be an existing PayPal merchant. If you are not yet a PayPal merchant, complete onboarding first.
Do business in a supported region and currency. Currently, only merchants who sell physical goods to US-based customers in USD are eligible.
Use Orders v2 or support an Orders v2 integration.
Have a product catalog that you can share with PayPal. For information about creating your product catalog, see Create a product catalog.
