# Download reports from your dashboard

The PayPal dashboard provides a user-friendly way to generate and download reports without any coding requirements. This no-code solution is perfect for merchants who need occasional reports or want to get started quickly.

## Prerequisites

To download reports from your dashboard, you need to have:

* PayPal Business account login access.
* Report viewing permissions.
* A clear understanding of required date ranges and filters.

## Steps to download reports

1. **Log into PayPal Business Account**

   * Navigate to your PayPal Business dashboard.
   * Ensure you have the necessary permissions.

2. **Access reports Ssection**

   * Click on "Reports" in the main navigation.
   * Select "Activity Download" or relevant report type.

3. **Configure report parameters**

   * Set date range for the data you need.
   * Choose transaction types to include.
   * Select file format, such as CSV or PDF.

4. **Generate report**

   * Click "Create Report" or similar action button.
